Is now the best time to refinance in Colorado Springs?

People ask me all the time, is now the best time to refinance? We do not know if rates are going up or down. So find out what rates are available now! Then find out what your new payment would be with a new loan and compare it to your current payment. Take what the closing cost will be and divide that by the savings. That will tell you how many months it will take to recover your closing costs. If you feel the time is acceptable GO FOR IT.
